I am Yoga teacher with 7 years of experience, also Im Speech therapist and healthy cook. I love share yoga, thats make me happy. Im from Chile and now Im traveling around Australia. I studied Yoga 2011, but I started my practice around 2007.

I use the method from Yogi Bhajan, my master. And also in some stage of the practice (before the kriya) I give focus to the body using diferent asanas from Hatha yoga. We spend between one hour and one hour and half each class.
