About Jenny
I teach Kundalini Yoga classes every week and have practiced for at least 15 years. My students have found their voice... you know the voice that we shy away from sharing with others. My students feel a sense of vitality and stress free after a class.

I love yoga! The change that yoga has made to my life has been profound. As such, I trained to be a teacher to share this technology with others so that they could have this life tool available every minute of the day. My teaching methodology is to bring the breath into all of my classes as it is the quickest way to reduce stress or anxiety in my students. My classes are generally fun and on some days we may take the challenging kriyas to clear some energy. I bring sound into the majority of my classes this can be via voice or musical instruments such as the gong.
