Laid back yoga instructor experienced in multiple lineages happy to teach beginners-intermediate!
Methodology
I strive to empower others in their personal journey to better understanding and knowing, all facets of themselves. I cater to all levels through my sequencing, incorporating a lighthearted and enthusiastic teaching style with adaptable and challenging poses. I endeavour to create a nurturing and inviting space.
Background
I recently completed an extensive 200hr RYS yoga teacher training in Hobart with Sacred Seeds Yoga School. Since then, I have taught at Bija Yoga Tasmania and Unigym Hobart. I'm happy to teach individuals and groups, catering to all levels of experience and ability.
