About Federica

My name is Federica and I am a young professional with a passion for languages :)

I have been giving lessons in Italian, German, and Spanish for almost 10 years. I have taught children and people of different levels and learning abilities. I have also helped students to prepare for their GCSE.

I lived in Germany and worked as an au pair. This experience allowed me to deepen my language knowledge but also to experience the culture.

I hold a degree in Modern Languages (German and English) with International Relations. I studied for my degree in Italy but spent some time as an exchange student in Wales. I have also lived in Australia, Spain and now I am in the UK :)

I would say that my greatest achievement from teaching has been seeing my students become more and more passionate about my native language and languages :)

About the lesson

I like to model my classes based on the interests and needs of my students. We can focus on a special topic or ability that you want to improve or take a more general approach.

Learning becomes easier when you like what you are learning so I like to focus the classes on what my students are most passionate about.

Perfect! Frederica teaches a witty German to my 5 years old for a year now. Grammar method on a working book, games of vocabulary or remote lesson, she managed to captivate my little learner. I warmly recomand her.

Oliver is a very good student who has good knowledge of the language. I think that after we revise and have a deep look at the topics he finds most difficult, Oliver will gain back very soon his confidence in the language.

Perfect! I had such a useful and fun time learning German with Federica. She is very friendly and seems really interested in what you as a learner need to improve on. The lessons are really well put together and she clearly goes to a lot of effort in planning them. Have booked a set of ten lessons. You should do the same. :)

I’ve been known Federica for 6 years and I’ve never found a person as humble and competent as she does in her job. Moreover she is really patient and passionate about teaching and these are important values for a great teacher.
