About Adam
I’m 28 years old and for the moment I live in Stockhlm, but I’m soon to be moving to Italy. For that reason the lessons are held online. I have studied languages at University as well as gymnasiet and primary school; Swedish, Latin, English, French and Italian. A lot of focus has been on oral presentation, writing, grammar, and linguistics. I have also studied Skrivarlinjen (Creative Writing) at Skurup Folkhögskola. At the moment I study French at Gothenburg University and work part-time writing a blog for a Persian restaurant.
I have during the last six months been helping a person from Syria with his studies at SFI (Swedish for immigrants), which has gone well. These studies has been in combination with his main education at SFI. I have also through Berättarministeriet (a volunteer organisation) been supporting children in their writing.
I love languages and I hope that my classes can be of use for you, and that they might inspire you in your studies!

To begin, we talk about where you find that you are in your Swedish, what you want to work on especially, what difficulties you’re having and what you find easier and if there is something in particular that you want to succeed with as a subgoal (for example going to a job interview, read a particular book, communicate better in everyday speech, or whatever it may be). We then together craft a course that is suitable to what you want and feel is necessary, similar to the study plans in the courses I’ve taken part of. For example practicing speech, reading, grammar, writing, phonetics. But of course it’s you who decide what you want to focus on!
