About Namam
Hello! My name is Namam Kadir, and I’m a Law graduate who's been working as an academic tutor since 2022.
I’ve had the privilege of helping a wide range of students boost their confidence, develop their skills, and significantly improve their grades. With a strong academic background and a clear, structured approach to teaching, I specialise in supporting students with English Literature, essay writing, and exam preparation.
Throughout my education, I honed my ability to analyse texts, build persuasive arguments, and write with clarity and precision - skills that I now pass on to my students in a supportive and engaging way.
My tutoring style is friendly, professional, and tailored to each individual’s needs as I take the time to understand how each student learns best, and adapt my lessons to ensure they feel confident and motivated. My teaching style is centred on three key pillars: clarity, engagement, and confidence-building. I tailor each lesson to the individual student's needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, refining their essay-writing skills, or developing critical thinking.
60 minutes is the standard lesson length. For intensive exam prep or revision sessions, I also offer 75-90 minute sessions. Younger students (KS2–KS3) may benefit from shorter 45-minute sessions to suit attention spans.
I also possess familiarity with UK exam boards such as AQA and Edexcel. I tutor for a broad range of student groups including KS2/3, GCSE and A Level and am also open to helping those returning to education or studying in need of help adapting to UK curriculum expectations.
