About Amy
I am a Law student entering my second year of university this academic year. At the end of Year 13, I achieved an A in my Maths A-level, as well as an A in Sociology and an A* in Geography. I attained a 9 in each of these subjects at GCSE, and have had experience of tutoring both English and Maths over the past academic year.
As I have completed my years in mainstream education, I have developed the necessary skills and attitudes required to achieve, and have the desire to help other students with their studies, encouraging them to achieve to their highest ability.
I would specialise in the three subjects mentioned above (Maths (AQA) , Geography (OCR) and Sociology (AQA)) at GCSE, however I could be of assistance in History (Pearson Edexcel), the three sciences (AQA) and English Literature and Language (AQA). In addition, I would be more than happy to assist in Maths (Edexcel), Geography (Edexcel) and Sociology (AQA) A-levels.

In our lessons, I will adapt the teaching style to focus on each student's individual needs and way of learning. I will introduce exam questions and past papers into the lessons, ensuring that the student is being taught both the content and its application. My lessons will focus on GCSE up to A-level stages of learning, as these are my highest levels of qualification. Each lesson will be 1 hour or more depending on the student's requirements.
