About Jo
"Music grabbed hold of me early when I discovered the sheer joy of creating sound. I earned a Diploma of Music from JMC Academy in Sydney to refine my craft. Playing in 6 bands and releasing 2 EPs and albums gave me a front-row seat to the reality of the industry.
Touring across Australia solidified my identity as a working session player. I rely on that 13 years of experience to guide students through lead guitar, chord transitions, tuning, maintenance, scales, modes, rhythm guitar, grade exam prep, songwriting, barre chords, and blues progressions.
