Students learn calligraphy through a structured yet fun approach that balances technique, imagination, and confidence-building. Drawing and painting will be incorporated into calligraphy as lessons progress.
Typical lessons are 1-1.5 hours.
Benefits of my classes: Develop foundational lettering skills, Improve hand control, focus, and patience. Enhance creativity and artistic expression. Learn a relaxing and mindful art form. Build a strong foundation for advanced calligraphy styles.
By the end of the classes, each participant will have the confidence and be inspired to create elegant calligraphy letters and begin their own creative projects such as bookmarks, greeting cards, invitations, artwork, and personalized gifts. Calligraphy is a portable skill which will last a lifetime!
I'm currently teaching a group of home schoolers ages range from 9-15 yrs. I have taught Adults in several evening colleges.
