About Daniel

I'm a native English speaker from Australia with a background in English Literature and Linguistics. I completed English Literature for my Victorian Certificate of Education and went on to study at The University of Melbourne, majoring in Linguistics for two years. I’m passionate about language and love helping others gain confidence in using English in real-life situations. I take a relaxed but professional approach, tailoring each lesson to your goals, whether that’s conversation, grammar, or written English. I’ve always had a strong interest in languages and cultures, which is part of what brought me to Lyon, France, where I’m currently based.

Each lesson begins with a quick warm-up (like small talk or reviewing previous material), followed by a main focus area (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or real-world conversation practice). We’ll wrap up with corrections, feedback, and a brief recap of what to focus on before the next lesson.
