About Catherine
I am a french immersion teacher with a degree in education, in anthropology and a certificate in comunication. I have been teaching in class in french immersion for 3 years and I have been working in schools for 6 years in total. I also taught french for adult and developed a cursus for a french communication class.

I use the approach neurolinguistic wich is based on an authentic oral communication to learn the language. This approach is structured in 3 steps. Oral communication is the starting point which is followed by reading ability and finally writing activities. The learning is based on authentic discussion relevant to each student and allow the learning of a language to be interesting and contextualised.
