About Daniel

If you want to become a Data Scientist I’m the right tutor for you!
I’m a passionate Data Scientist working and teaching Python and Machine Learning at one of the fastest growing startups in the UK.
I have trained absolute beginners and successfully prepared them for Data Scientist job interviews. They received offers and have started very rewarding and lucrative careers.
I’ll be with you each step of the way.

Over 10 years of teaching experience, in corporate as well as private tutoring, both in group and 1 to 1 settings.
Covering all areas necessary to achieve an outstanding performance in Data Science:
- Programming (Python, SQL, Jupyter, sklearn, Bash, Git)
- Applied maths and statistics
- Business insights and cost/benefit estimation of machine learning interventions
- Interview preparation

About the lesson

After understanding your goals, motivations and strengths we dive together into a business problem we want to solve.
Starting with a clear objective in mind, helps us to focus on the most important high level skills first, covering the relevant theory as needed.
I provide you with similar exercises so that you can practise in your time what we have covered during the previous lesson. That way you can come up with questions and make the most of the next session.
As your confidence builds up, we go deeper into the material and add complexity to the business problems we are trying to solve.
By the end of our work together, you will have a Data Scientist portfolio and will be confident in how to convey your strengths in the interview.
