About Cory
My dream was to be a solo artist for the Cirque du Soleil. I fulfilled the dream for ten years and it was spectacular. I love passing on my knowledge and expertise. I now teach my apparatus, The German Wheel, in person and offer online handstand classes to students with little to no experience

My method is a blend of generalized work for all students and customized details for individuals, depending on individual skill levels. Classes are held via Zoom and I safely guide a progression for students to feel confident to hold a handstand alone. When my students have a spotter available to them, I guide the spotter to not only keep themselves safe, but exactly what to do and look for so that they can see mistakes before they happen. No experience necessary for spotters.
For students, I require a willingness to work, use their bodies and challenge themselves to try difficult things.
The video below was from the act I performed called the German Wheel if anyone body is curious. My online handstand class serves as a base for doing other acrobatics.

Details
Individual Zoom lessons are $40 each and must be arranged with instructor.
Private in person classes (Portland, OR) are $55 per class.
