About Alex
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been really gifted when it comes to playing any instruments and understanding music. Once I picked up the guitar the world changed for me. I play everyday for a minimum of 4 hours a day to a max of 8. I’ve been playing for 6 years and it hasn’t changed. I started teaching 2 years ago and once I started giving private lessons I realized that I wanted to share all of my knowledge to as many people as I could. Which led me to teaching 4 highschool guitar classes and 2 elementary school classes. I want to show everyone that’s willing to listen the magic that is the guitar so that they can spread and share their love to others and hopefully inspire them to play themselves.

I am proficient at rock and metal guitar playing. Sweep picking? Tapping? Long alternate picking runs? Economy picking? I can teach it all to you. I also play acoustic guitar and have a great knowledge of music theory. Do you want to learn the ins and outs of writing songs and melodies? Do you want to learn how to up your improv game? Do you want to learn how to learn any of your favorite songs by ear? I can teach you all of that as well. I accommodate to every single one of my students as everyone learns differently. I have a wide variety of different teaching approaches to help everyone learn to play guitar the easiest way possible.
