About Maria
I am 27 years-old. When I was younger I had some issue with my relationship with food, and one day I understood that everything that was happening in my life, affected the way I related to food.
After that, I started to learn more and more about nutrition until one day I decided to complete the Precision Nutrition certification and start helping people on their journeys with their health. I am also currently studying to be a Personal Trainer and can provide you with tips for training.

I will also teach you about the main food groups and which are the most nutritious foods within those groups.
Furthermore, I will teach you how to listen to your body and acquire a holistic approach to how you live and how you eat.
