About Emma
I have a degree in Naturopathy from Endeavour College in Sydney Australia and a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from IHN Vancouver Canada. In line with the requirements of my profession, I complete Continuing Education units each year and frequently attend industry seminars. My knowledge base encompasses nutrition, herbal medicine, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology and mind-body connection. My particular areas of interest are the use of herbal medicine and the optimisation of the brain and nervous system.

I am here to support you in broadening your knowledge in the fields of naturopathic health, nutrition and herbal medicine! Whether you are currently navigating your own health challenges, studying to be a health practitioner or simply curious about how to better support your body, I will answer your questions, foster discussion and provide you with content that is relevant and interesting to you. I was a school teacher for 6 years, so I am used to meeting students where they are at and adapting how I teach accordingly. My background in education serves me well, and many nutrition colleagues have commented on how effective I am at breaking down complex concepts to make them as easy as possible to understand. What's more, I absolutely love teaching, and I am excited whenever I get to share what I am passionate about!
