About Seiko
Hi, I’m Seiko, a native Japanese speaker living in the UK. I have around seven years of experience supporting language learners, from children to adults. My lessons are more like personal training than formal classes, and I adapt to each learner’s level and pace. If you’ve been thinking about learning Japanese but feel unsure about starting, I’d be glad for you to try a trial lesson. It’s a chance to hear my voice and see if my lessons feel right for you.

Trial lesson (60 minutes)
In a trial lesson, we get to know each other. You can see how I teach, and I can learn about your goals and what kind of Japanese you’d like to study. I’ll prepare a small sample activity for you, and at the end I’ll share some feedback and a short review. No pressure to decide right away—just see how it feels.
Regular lessons
In regular lessons, I give more structured support, but still in a flexible way. After each class, I’ll send you a review sheet with feedback, key points, and ideas for practice. If you’d like, I can also prepare homework or extra materials. Lessons can cover conversation, pronunciation, grammar, or even singing, and they’re open to all ages and levels.
