About Kaitlyn
My name is Kaitlyn Novak, and I am a graduate from Northwestern University with a degree in Mathematics Education. On top of that, every job position I have held in the past ten years has centered around the goal of helping others reach their full potential. I believe that building someone’s confidence in math can have incredibly positive effects on their confidence in themselves and their ability to rise to challenges. Helping you reach your full potential in mathematics is my passion, and I have ten years of experience in doing just that!
I have held positions as a math tutor, a school math interventionist, and a high school math teacher, so I am very familiar with many different approaches to helping students learn math in a way that makes sense to them.
