About Gautier

After my tinnitus appeared, more than 3 years ago, I had to find a way to channel the stress and anxiety they generated. So I trained myself in mindfulness meditation, especially at the Tergar Paris Institute. Today, I do not suffer any more, and it convinced me that meditation is an effective way to cope with the many suffering of everyday life (stress, insomnia, negative thoughts, chronic pain ...).

About the lesson

Hello to you, I hope, future students! My name is Gautier and I propose to you to discover, for beginners, or deepen, for the ambitious, the meditation of mindfulness and help you practice it daily. Depending on your preferences, your desires and your experience, we will experiment different objects of concentration (breathing, sensations, noises, thoughts, emotions or even pains!) In order to make your practice as pleasant and unique as possible :) For some , see you soon, and for others, I wish you to find what you are looking for! :)
