About Amine

My name is Amine, a Darija (Moroccan Arabic) teacher with over 3 years of teaching experience.
I hold a Master's degree in Discourse Analysis and Definition of Literary Knowledge from the École Normale Supérieure de Tétouan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Secondary Education - Arabic Language.

Passionate about language, culture, and teaching, I help learners, especially English speakers, discover Moroccan Darija in a simple, clear, and lively way. My classes are interactive, focused on communication, and enriched with Moroccan cultural elements for an authentic immersion.

About the lesson

As a Darija (Moroccan Arabic) teacher, my approach is based on communication, clarity, and friendliness. I tailor each class to the learner's needs, level, and goals: whether it's for traveling, living in Morocco, connecting with friends, or simply discovering a new language and culture.
My goal is to make learning simple, enjoyable, and effective, even for beginners who have no basic Arabic knowledge.

My teaching techniques and methods

I use an interactive and communicative approach, where the student speaks from the first lesson.
My methods include:

Real communication situations (greetings, shopping, directions, etc.)

Varied materials: dialogues, images, short videos and oral exercises

A natural progression: comprehension → vocabulary → expression

Explanations in English to facilitate linguistic and cultural understanding

I ensure that each lesson is dynamic and motivating, while respecting the learner's pace.

Typical course outline

A typical course goes like this:

Oral warm-up – review of vocabulary or expressions seen previously

New lesson – introduction of a theme (family, food, travel, etc.)

Guided practice – listening and speaking exercises

Free discussion – spontaneous conversation around the theme of the day

Feedback and light homework – personalized advice and revision for the next session
