About Nejo
Hello, I'm **Nejo Augustine Joseph**, a passionate piano teacher with over **5 years of teaching experience** helping beginners develop a strong foundation in music and piano performance.
My lessons are designed to be engaging, structured, and easy to follow, making them suitable for children, teenagers, and adult beginners. I use internationally recognized learning methods, including **John Thompson Grade 1** and the **Music for Little Mozarts** series, to ensure students build proper technique, music reading skills, rhythm, and confidence from the very beginning.
I teach students across India as well as Indian students living abroad through personalized online lessons. My goal is to make learning piano enjoyable while helping each student progress at their own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.

My piano lessons are designed to make learning music enjoyable, structured, and easy to understand for beginners. I follow internationally recognized beginner methods, including John Thompson Grade 1 and the Music for Little Mozarts series, to help students build a strong foundation in piano playing.
A typical class begins with a review of previous lessons and practice exercises, followed by technique development, note reading, rhythm training, and learning new pieces. Students are guided step-by-step, ensuring they understand each concept before progressing to the next level.
My teaching approach focuses on developing proper finger technique, music reading skills, rhythm accuracy, ear training, and musical expression. Lessons are interactive and adapted to each student's learning pace, making them suitable for both children and adult beginners.
One of my strengths as a teacher is creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students gain confidence while developing essential musical skills. I provide personalized guidance and structured practice plans to help students achieve consistent progress.
Classes are intended for young children, school students, teenagers, adults, and complete beginners who wish to learn piano either as a hobby or as a foundation for further musical studies. I teach students from India as well as Indian students living abroad through engaging online lessons tailored to their individual goals.
