About Waseem
I’ve spent over 20 years playing cue sports, from pool to snooker, and it’s been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember.
What started as just playing has turned into a deep understanding of the game, especially the strategy and thinking side that most players overlook.
I’ve always enjoyed breaking the game down—why certain shots work, how positioning really works, and how small changes can completely transform your consistency.
Outside of coaching, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys the process of improving and helping others get better without overcomplicating things. Seeing someone go from frustrated to confident at the table is honestly the best part.
I have experience and knowledge of playing playing 8 ball, 9 ball, 10 ball, Carom, billiards, bank pool, straight pool, snooker, American tables, Chinese tables. You name it I have played it.
I prefer face to face sessions at Galaxy pool hall in Preston, VIC.
Snooker is $69 per hour. Table fees included.
Pool is $49 per hour. Table fees included.

I’ve been playing cue sports for over 20 years—pool, snooker, and everything in between—and one thing I’ve learned is this: most players don’t actually know why they miss.
They just keep playing and hope it clicks.
My coaching focuses on changing that.
I’ll help you understand the game properly—angles, positioning, shot selection, and how to think ahead instead of guessing. Once that clicks, everything becomes easier and a lot more consistent.
I keep things simple and practical. No overcomplicated theory or boring drills—just clear explanations, real examples, and adjustments you’ll notice straight away.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, inconsistent, or like you “should be better by now,” you’re exactly the type of player I work best with.
Whether you’re starting out or already play regularly, I’ll help you build confidence, play smarter, and win more games.
