About Maria Fernanda
Hello everyone! I'm Fernanda, and I’m excited to meet you. I come from sunny Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and I'm 24 years old. During my time in Germany, I worked in various fields and learned German along the way. I've been teaching the language for a year now, and I absolutely love it! :) My hobbies include going to the theater and cinema, reading, meeting friends, hitting the gym, and dancing. I hope we can get to know each other better soon!

For a year now, I’ve been teaching German with great joy – both online and in person, in groups or through individual private lessons.
In my classes, I combine structure with spontaneity: we work with top-notch materials from Hueber Verlag and follow the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) from A1 to C2. A special focus of my work is targeted exam preparation: I help you get ready confidently and efficiently for official certificates.
However, language is more to me than just grammar and tests. As a culture enthusiast, I enrich our lessons with exciting discussions about Germany and Brazil, as well as topics from theater, film, dance, politics, and technology. My goal is for us to talk about what truly moves you.
My success plan for you:
Intensive: 3 hours/week → 1 level in 4 months.
Flexible: 2 hours/week → 1 level in 6 months.
Targeted: Individual preparation for your next language exam.
