I use a student-centered, communicative approach with lots of speaking practice, simple grammar explanations, real-life situation drill. In terms of the lesson flow, I start with quick warm-up conversation, new vocabulary, targeted grammar points, guided speaking practice and a short recap with optional homework. what sets me apart is my mix interpreter experience a licensed teaching background, and also my ability to make my students feel relaxed and confident. My lesson is ideal for complete beginners, travelers, foreigners with Filipino partners, or professionals who want more natural conversational Tagalog.
