About Sebastian
About me
I learned to play chess at the age of twelve and since then I have been taking part in tournaments and club competitions. I have participated and won numerous tournaments in Poland and abroad. In 1997, I completed a sports trainer course, specializing in chess.
I am the author of a teaching program for beginners and intermediate players, based on memory techniques and the methodology of the chess school of former world champion Mikhail Botvinnik.
Additionally, it has been enriched with elements supporting sensory integration, including: exercising the common field of attention, according to the program of the American master Robert Ramirez, who is a pioneer of using chess learning to help children with sensory integration problems.

Classes
Basic course:
Learning the game from solid basics. Intended for children aged 6 to 12 as well as for adults who want to learn this great game.
Intermediate course:
I offer advanced classes, during which I help you choose the right opening repertoire and discuss typical game plans and analyze the player's strengths and weaknesses.
I help you prepare for participation in sports competitions and membership in the chess club team.
Specialized course:
Depending on the needs, I offer classes specially prepared for children with sensory integration disorders and ADHD
based on a specialized, original program including psychological and therapeutic care, nutrition and exercises
physical. The program is developed individually depending on the student's needs with the participation of an integration specialist
sensory and memory techniques.
