About Ben
I've been programming computers since the early 1980s and teaching others to use computers since the mid 1990s.
I break the subject matter and lessons down into small, easy to follow steps while describing how everything works. I also give you experience and wisdom that will come in handy as you get branching out on your own.
I'll guide you through demystifying your computer, the internet, social media, and using them as tools to expand your own personal horizons.

I'll show you how to get everything up and running, ensure you're up to speed with the absolute basics, and then we'll agree on a topic of interest to you. One that will draw you back in between lessons.
I'll then show you some basic shortcuts into that subject while explaining what they are why to use them.
At the end of lesson 1, you'll come away with your mind wanting you to get back onto the computer and keep accessing the things you just learned were at your fingertips.
This "homework" will create in you a bunch more questions about the things you didn't learn yet, but learned they were questions to ask, and I can fill you in on those and relevant points of interest in subsequent lessons.
Ultimately you will know how to do the things you want to do, and by extension a lot of other similar things, and more importantly, you'll know how to find out how to do anything else that may, and will come up :)
