About Norman
At age 13 I began and had tendency to always get ahead in classroom assignments which made it possible for me to aid those who required to get ahead of themselves. It ended up getting those I aided to believe in themselves which was inspiring for them and I. I am a lifelong student needing to learn and develop more and allowed me to be an attentive "educator" even before I earned my college Social Science and Early Childhood Educator degrees. I am a listener who then responds to what is told me and focus on making sure step by step you WILL thrive on paper skills and believe in yourself and skills.
