An UQ MBA student from India, highly knowledgeable and well trained in Maths, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics. Also mastered in Quantitative analysis and logical reasoning. Proficient in English language. Well disciplined in behaviour and no non-sence guy. Yet quite friendly and honest.
As I am teaching Maths, most of the students have this thought in their minds that Maths is very difficult to study and pass. According to my thought, Maths is one of the most interesting and fun learning subject that one can study. My teaching methodology will be making sure that the student learns the topic from the basics and do as many practice questions as possible.
Already have a lot of experience in teaching mathematics to high school and undergraduate students and English to primary school students. I am kind, helpful, positive and patient. How would u like to have a friend as a tutor? Lessons are structured according to the students.
I try to understand what method would be best to teach the student, as everyone learns in a different way. It takes around 2 lessons to fully grasp and adjustments are made as needed. Throughout the hour or two that I will be teaching, I will first explain how to do the question, and then ask the student to do some themselves and then we will go through the ones that they got wrong.
First I explain the topic, after I put some excercise, and some homework and check the results individually with each student. Also I do consolidated review about a group of topics progressively, because is important for students to record the topics.
My teaching method is learning made easy. As a student that has achieved high grades and knowledge of maths both at university and high school, I understand the struggles that come from learning new concepts. That's why I am determined to always find an easy method for my students to understand and remember what they learned.
My teaching method is based entirely on the student- I cater to the student's needs depending on whether they are a fast or slow learner. Lessons begin by catching up to what the student has recently done, and then moving forward from that, explaining new concepts and then giving them practice questions to do.
My teaching methodology consists of understanding the rules before attempting any questions. Understanding the theory is very important, as if there is no understanding of the topic, attempting questions will just be a waste of time, as this will become trial and error rather.
My teaching methodology is based in explaining thourghly the topics and showing to the student the interest things in what he or she is learning and how this will help. Then we make strong focus in practice, exercises and mock exams.
Used to be a high school student myself, I understand what struggles students have with Maths. Therefore, I try to simplify heavily mathsy contents in a way that students can comprehend and then level it up little by little, encouraging students to learn to think for themselves.
I am a very easy going teacher but will assess the student at first. My teaching method will be customized according to the student requirements. I am looking for students who really need help and are focused. I want to work efficiently and make sure our time is utilized to the maximum.
I was tutored during my schooling years and know the significance it had on my academic performance and mindset. It put my mind at ease knowing that there was someone I could turn to outside of school who would walk me through things I struggled to understand.
- Each student is different, and for that reason, the teacher has to have different methods, analogies and games to make confortable a class and warranty the correct learning. - I have had students who are studing in the high school until university students.
Teaching is all about meeting students needs. Understanding their readiness (what skills they bring) and creating learning activities which allow every individual to achieve maximum progress. Ongoing feedback and formative assessments are imperative for effective learning. Therefore, my lesson structures will differ based on individual students.
I believe that everyone is capable of learning and that more often than not it is a lack of confidence in their own skills that holds students back from pushing themselves in the classroom.
I base my lessons on the previous knowledge of student and also his understanding level. Customized worksheets and lesson plans according to the needs of the students are my areas of specialization. I have an engaging teaching style and explain concepts in clear, concise and easy to understand manner.
My teaching method is based on a one-to-one interaction focused on a problem-solving approach. In the last 10 years, I have supported students in achieving excellent results in high school and university assignments and exams, explaining difficult concepts with an easy to understand language.
Every student is different, they might have different ways of thinking and distinct levels of understanding. I tailor my teaching method to be the best fit for each individual students. Meanwhile, I prefer each lesson can be structured well in a logic way. I normally write down the key points on a separate piece of paper and make summaries before the lesson finish.
I look at the students knowledge level and their class. See where they stand. Go from basics, introduce subjects which is appropriate and go ahead from what they need, and excercises until they are through in the topic, of course with lots of practice and revision until they master the subject.
currently I am working as an intern at Adelaide Secondary School of English. Supporting teenagers in daily school life, I believe that my experience can bring your child a wellbeing ensured teaching experience. Strength theory, empowerment theory and others in relation to child education and relationships can help me get along well with children who have diverse kinds of needs.
I believe in interactive sessions as it makes children more attentive and also more aware of the concepts. I also involve children by giving more examples from easier to difficult, to make them more confident and clear with the topic.
My method is ensuring the student fully understands the core concepts before providing plenty of different examples and practice to consolidate learning. I plan my classes carefully in advance and am very responsive to the needs of students. My manner is very supportive, warm and focused.
I am proficient in teaching. If you are facing trouble in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry or Arithmatic, just contact me and make yourself master of doing maths. It will all be on your fingertips. Mathematics is fun to do, its not a burden. Trust me.
I like to ensure that the students I spend time with have strong basics in place and help them in achieving it. I support an interactive, application based approach as well which will help broaden the students thought process and build a concrete foundation.
My teaching method is very interactive. I like to understand your knowledge first and then build upon your strengths, and help work on any weaknesses through a variety of approaches. I like to think of my tutoring education style as dynamic and adaptable to the student.
I usually conduct mixed approaches depending on students' year level and their background understanding. I often used game-based and project-based learning in the middle of the lessons during the class through art and physical engagement. As the opening of the lesson, I always try to build up pupils' confidence by having story telling or ice breaking.
My teaching method starts with a small discussion to understand what you know and what you have difficulty with. We will then go through the theory together and fill in any gaps you may have. Afterwards, we will practice as many questions needed until you feel confident about this lesson.
I like to expand on the curriculum presented to you by your teachers or lectures giving additional examples and alternative ways of solving the problems, while giving real world uses. I can help you catch up get a more in-depth understanding of your subjects so you can get the results you want.
I like to get the basics right and easy for students to understand, so that they don't really have to depend on books all the time. I go for all the methods of teaching be it from videos, journals, tutorials etc.
I get the student to tell me what they need to cover, and help by starting at the basics and advancing to the more complicated stuff. If there's anything the student is confused on, I'm easily able to cover it with them again.
