An UQ MBA student from India, highly knowledgeable and well trained in Maths, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics. Also mastered in Quantitative analysis and logical reasoning. Proficient in English language. Well disciplined in behaviour and no non-sence guy. Yet quite friendly and honest.
As I am teaching Maths, most of the students have this thought in their minds that Maths is very difficult to study and pass. According to my thought, Maths is one of the most interesting and fun learning subject that one can study. My teaching methodology will be making sure that the student learns the topic from the basics and do as many practice questions as possible.
Already have a lot of experience in teaching mathematics to high school and undergraduate students and English to primary school students. I am kind, helpful, positive and patient. How would u like to have a friend as a tutor? Lessons are structured according to the students.
I try to understand what method would be best to teach the student, as everyone learns in a different way. It takes around 2 lessons to fully grasp and adjustments are made as needed. Throughout the hour or two that I will be teaching, I will first explain how to do the question, and then ask the student to do some themselves and then we will go through the ones that they got wrong.
First I explain the topic, after I put some excercise, and some homework and check the results individually with each student. Also I do consolidated review about a group of topics progressively, because is important for students to record the topics.
My teaching method is learning made easy. As a student that has achieved high grades and knowledge of maths both at university and high school, I understand the struggles that come from learning new concepts. That's why I am determined to always find an easy method for my students to understand and remember what they learned.
My teaching method is based entirely on the student- I cater to the student's needs depending on whether they are a fast or slow learner. Lessons begin by catching up to what the student has recently done, and then moving forward from that, explaining new concepts and then giving them practice questions to do.
I believe that empathising what a student needs is really important and explanation in details and from scratch is very important. Tutoring is to understand where the student struggles or lack and helping him/her in the best possible manner. Teaching strategy may differ from person to person.
My teaching methodology consists of understanding the rules before attempting any questions. Understanding the theory is very important, as if there is no understanding of the topic, attempting questions will just be a waste of time, as this will become trial and error rather.
I ensure that you understand the concepts of the subjects that I teach, hence achieve the best you can in year 12, moreover, a strong grounding for subjects in your future studies. I am also willing to give you extra help if you require after tuition sessions (if urgent).
My key method is to list everything out at the beginning of the tutoring and focus on every topic, with a key focus on topics that you find difficult
I base class depending on the students needs. Particularly I teach theory or solve excercises according to the requirement of the coursework and exams types that the student has to pass.
I am an approachable and energetic person, as well as my lessons, but it is ok if you move with a slower pace! There is no requirement for students from me, but you should be willing and ready to learn. For maths lessons, I am confident in high school level or lower.
Used to be a high school student myself, I understand what struggles students have with Maths. Therefore, I try to simplify heavily mathsy contents in a way that students can comprehend and then level it up little by little, encouraging students to learn to think for themselves.
Science is a lifestyle. Don't be afraid of science don't skip it instead learn it, That's only the way how you can get rid of it. I can make you learn how to do science.
I am a very easy going teacher but will assess the student at first. My teaching method will be customized according to the student requirements. I am looking for students who really need help and are focused. I want to work efficiently and make sure our time is utilized to the maximum.
I was tutored during my schooling years and know the significance it had on my academic performance and mindset. It put my mind at ease knowing that there was someone I could turn to outside of school who would walk me through things I struggled to understand.
Learn about key concepts that help can you solve problems and do well in the exams. Study smart by adopting an active-learning approach that will save you long hours of revision, compared to learning passively and reading text books.
First I look what the studie object is about, at the same time I ask some more info at the studen (what did you already learn, what do you find difficult etc.) Then I do a small check with the students what they understand and what not, so I can estimate where to start.
I am an enthusiastic tutor. My goal is to teach my students as much as I can. As knowledge is infinite.
I like to take real world example to relate to, so they understand application. I will adapt the existing curriculum into worksheets as practice makes perfect.
My teaching method is to let you revise back again every topic. I can give you my notes when I was in year 12 and this definitely helps a lot in revision and preparation for the exam.
- Each student is different, and for that reason, the teacher has to have different methods, analogies and games to make confortable a class and warranty the correct learning. - I have had students who are studing in the high school until university students.
Teaching is all about meeting students needs. Understanding their readiness (what skills they bring) and creating learning activities which allow every individual to achieve maximum progress. Ongoing feedback and formative assessments are imperative for effective learning. Therefore, my lesson structures will differ based on individual students.
I've always seen myself as a tutor who excels in getting down to the students level, and approaching their work and difficulties from their perspective as a student, rather than a necessarily from a teacher role.
I believe that everyone is capable of learning and that more often than not it is a lack of confidence in their own skills that holds students back from pushing themselves in the classroom.
I base my lessons on the previous knowledge of student and also his understanding level. Customized worksheets and lesson plans according to the needs of the students are my areas of specialization. I have an engaging teaching style and explain concepts in clear, concise and easy to understand manner.
I work on the basis of the necessity of each student personalizing the content accordingly. I am happy to develop a strategy with progressive goals to achieve the desired results. Remember, learning is an active process, there is not a "one size fits all" rule or magic formula but rather a lot of work to be done. Hence, it is important to find the right support in your learning journey.
My teaching method would be to revise the topics that you are struggling with and take each step at a time to make sure you understand each topic. The structure of the lesson would vary on the topic. I am able to help if you are struggling, or even if you are going well and are looking for a little extra.
Every student is different, they might have different ways of thinking and distinct levels of understanding. I tailor my teaching method to be the best fit for each individual students. Meanwhile, I prefer each lesson can be structured well in a logic way. I normally write down the key points on a separate piece of paper and make summaries before the lesson finish.
