My teaching method starts with your body measures. Then, I provide the amount of carbs, proteins, and fats that you need to consume during the day. After that, we prepare a workout and diet program according to your interests (any injuries or allergies need to be expressed by the individual).
I have been doing bodybuilding for 6 years. When I was first started, my weight was 90kgs with full of fat. Within 3 months, I have lost 25 kgs and become 65kgs and now I am 72kgs with sufficient muscular development. I have tried ketogenic diets, low-carb nutrition plans and bulking diets. I have tried three different workout plans as each of them had a separate approach towards bodybuilding.
