About PAULO SANDRO
Hello, nice to meet you!
I have a degree in Physical Education, trainer and founder of Aktion Wellness (you can find us on our website).
A decade ago I set out on the path to try to transform my body. I then found myself following all kinds of crazy advice, supplements and diets that didn't work for me. I was alone, no trainer in any gym was paying attention to what I was doing, and if not them, who else could I turn to? That's when I decided to take things into my own hands and learn the science behind exercise and being well. I'm not quite where I'd like to be yet, but I've managed to live a fuller life, and I look forward to sharing what I've learned with you.

I am not the typical coach who scolds you, thinks he is superior to you and only knows how to "motivate" you by yelling at you. I believe (and science proves it) that an empathic and human approach is superior to reach your goals.
After an initial meeting in which we will define your goals, I will give you a personalized weekly training plan completely adapted to your needs, as well as meetings in which we will talk about your progress, the challenges you had and how to solve them.
I also have the knowledge to give you nutritional advice (as long as you are a person without major medical conditions).
With the right advice, being who you want to be is only a matter of time. So what are you waiting for?
