About Misi
My name is Misi, and I achieved an A* in A-Level Business. I am currently studying Management with Marketing at the University of Bath, where I continue to build on my knowledge of business, strategy, and communication.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students understand Business in a clear and simple way, especially when it starts to feel overwhelming in school. When I studied A-Level Business, I realised how much of a difference good guidance and exam technique can make to your final grade, and that’s something I want to pass on to other students.
My approach is supportive, patient, and tailored to each student. I focus on breaking down complex topics, improving exam technique, and building confidence through practice and feedback. I also understand how important exam structure and application are for achieving high marks, so this is a key part of my teaching.
My goal is to help students improve their grades while also feeling more confident in Business.

I take a structured and exam-focused approach to tutoring, with an emphasis on helping students understand how to apply knowledge effectively in exams, not just memorise content. My teaching style is clear and interactive, breaking down complex Business topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps, then reinforcing learning through exam questions, mark scheme practice, and real A-Level examples.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs, whether that’s improving essay structure, mastering key theories, or building confidence with exam technique. I focus heavily on active learning, so students are regularly answering questions, practising exam-style responses, and receiving detailed feedback on how to improve.
Typical lessons are 1 hour long, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s preference and workload.
I achieved an A* in A-Level Business, giving me strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of what examiners are looking for. I am very familiar with the syllabus, assessment objectives, and common areas students struggle with.
