About Cydnee
I am a University student studying Drama and Theatre Studies at Warwick University, with hopes of working in the film industry as an actor or director.
I graduated both GCSE's and A-Level's top of my Media cohort, achieving A*'s for both qualifications. My NEA's were some of the highest graded in the year, and I ended up teaching my friends how to use a lot of the programs required. My essays were consistently highly graded, and I have a good understanding of the structure of the exam questions.
Overall I am patient, straightforward, and willing to work with each individual student in order to ensure their success and progress in the subject. I look forward to teaching you!

GCSE Media studies is often not what you expect. Student are sometimes shocked by the amount of essay writing associated with the course, making it seem daunting and difficult.
I believe that the Media Studies essays should not act as a deterrent but as a way to explore the subject and gain a real understanding of media language, representation, industries, and audiences. The NEA is also an important part of the course, where I work with the student to plan and execute a product they are proud of.
My easygoing, no-stress teaching style encourages independent thought within a successful outline, and equips students with the tools they need in the exam hall.
