About Lloyd
I am an incoming 1st year student at the University of Bristol studying Mathematics and Computer Science! I have helped many students in GCSE and A-Level Maths to boost their confidence in ranging topics. Having achieved A*A*AA and (concealed information) at GCSE and A-Level, with A* and grade 9 in both Maths exams, I feel confident with both courses.

Our lessons will aim to ensure you come out with a fundamental understanding of different maths topics, rather than just memorising formulae. As a student myself and through tutoring students, I have found that concepts stick with you much better when you understand *why* each step is taken, rather than blindly memorising each step like a set of instructions.
We will find gaps in your specification and fill them through deep explanations, scenarios and guided walkthroughs and then make sure you're comfortable with practice questions. By the end of each lesson you should be comfortable in tackling different problems thrown at you!
