About Ethan
I am a 17 year old student studying A levels in Mathematics, Biology and French. I achieved 9 Grade 9s at GCSE and I am predicted 3 A*s at A level. I have always had a passion for helping fellow students as I understand the importance of education. With my engaging lessons, I will adapt my teaching style to the needs of the individual student as I understand that we all have different methods of learning that suit us the best.

My GCSE Mathematics lessons are suitable for both Year 10 and 11 students and I teach both Foundation and Higher levels, for all exam boards. As Maths can be a subject that many students find challenging, I believe that exam practice is essential for success at GCSE. Therefore, my lessons will encourage students to attempt a variety of practice questions taken from past exam papers to ensure that students are familiar with the style of the exams and how they are marked. I will use various websites and YouTube videos to explain concepts to students, focusing on not only the students understanding of a particular topic and the methods associated with that, but also the origins of maths and how it can be applied to real world contexts.
