About Vijay
I achieved grades among the top 145 students in the United Kingdom (straight 9s across 11 subjects). I am a tutor of Mathematics for students at GCSE level and below, and aspire to help them succeed in their GCSEs. I also play academy basketball as an extracurricular, and I hope to continue playing at university whilst I pursue a degree in mathematics and statistics.

I strongly believe in a collaborative approach to problem solving, engaging each student and helping them reach their potential. My hourly lessons consist of laying out the groundwork for deep topic understanding, followed by numerous questions to help build the student's confidence. I have conducted booster 'aiming for grade 9' sessions in GCSE mathematics and further mathematics for the 2024 exam season, where I have covered challenging topics such as vectors and trigonometry in 'crash course' style tutorials.
