I want everyone to experience the joy and zen yoga can bring to your mind and body and forget about the "fad" ideas regarding the practice.
I have been practicing yoga for many years and have experienced vinyasa, bikram but ultimately fell in love with hatha due to the slower pace and the zen it brings to the mind.
It has helped immensely with my anxiety.
