MY COACHING CAPABILITIES : I have the knack of developing a chemistry with diverse people by using the right words, asking the right questions at the right time to make people realise their potential and achieving their best. I am skilled at expanding my Coachee’s perspective, inspiring and providing them a challenging intellectual stimulus like no one else can.
I have the capability to help an individual unlock their untapped capabilities. For my coaching sessions, i first understand the coachee and give them an opportunity to experience a complimentary coaching sessions from me as I believe that the mental chemistry between the coach and the coachee is more important than the qualifications and certifications of a coach.
MY APPROACH TO COACHING : When i begin coaching, I first understand the aspiration of the coachee and then make them understand a structured approach for achieving their goals through self introspection and also the use of optional psychometric report for career choices.
I have an overall experience of 22 years and my last role was the Director of Learning & Development for a fortune 100 company with responsibility for driving the Talent Development strategy for 2500 employees across 23 locations in 4 continents. I had a great exposure of conducting in person Leadership classes at different locations where there are different cultural practices and that has made me a more well rounded Leader with excellent Coaching skills.
Academically, i have a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and an MBA dual major in Finance and Human Resources.
My passion is Executive Coaching, Life Coaching and Career Coaching. I am certified from 2 Coaching institutes and also have several psychometric certifications like - MBTI, DISC, FIRO-B, Strong Interest Inventory for Career Counselling and certified to deliver more than 90 training topics on Leadership & Behavioural skills.
Our rates are decided after a preliminary discussion with the client.
If after agreeing to the services if the student does not show up for the session, a full payment for that session is required.
