I try to establish a professional but friendly environment where students aren't afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. I believe that students need constant encouragement and someone to push them! I also believe that caregivers should be kept in the loop of the improvement of students so, I keep logs with detailed information which are shared with them.

I have 3 years of experience as a peer tutor teaching high school math and chemistry. A typical lesson plan would include practice work and one-on-one help. I like to get to know students and understand their weaknesses and strengths so I understand what we need to improve.
