About Syed
I believe my motivation to tutor stems from my low socio-economical upbringing. This has made me understand why it is so important to be time-efficient and organised to be a well-rounded student and how being an excellent student is nothing about natural intelligence.
In my spare time, I enjoy learning about the food science of various cultural dishes before cooking them myself. I also enjoy the heart-pumping feeling of a regular 5K run and love deep-diving into religious theology.

Utilising methods of active recall and space repetition to develop time-efficient study techniques. The lessons are usually 1 hour block lessons where I will teach you a topic of your choice and teach you how to actively learn the concise material rather than passively write notes on the topic. I have been a tutor for 4 years and have always personalised my techniques of studying to the student and their objectives. My first lesson is always for free where I get to know about how you study and can meet the parents to discuss an optimal student strategy of consistent good grades.
