About Valentina
Did you know that language acquisition is most effective when it begins with a clear understanding of your current proficiency? I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Languages from Monash and the CELTA certification, which allows me to serve as a DELF examiner. My 13 years of experience have enabled me to guide 278 students, including absolute beginners and those focused on conversational fluency.
I enjoy helping intermediate learners break through plateaus by focusing on verb conjugation and vocabulary building. We will work together on travel French and everyday phrases to ensure you are ready for your next journey. My goal is to see you navigate the French language with total comfort.

Can we start by admitting that structure is the key to mastering any foreign language? My approach relies on the rigorous training I received for my degree and my 13 years spent in classrooms.
I use a diagnostic level test to build a plan that addresses your unique gaps in knowledge. We will build your confidence through consistent work on idioms and interview preparation. I find that focusing on the technical side of the language makes the creative side much easier to handle.
My background as an examiner informs how I structure every single minute of our interaction. It remains a pleasure to see my students progress toward their goals.
