About Maria
My love for languages began after I started studying them. I was never good at math or physics, so I always just focused on art, music, languages: the only things that came out well for me. So I decided to delve deeper into one of these sectors and I realized that languages, in addition to their usefulness, are a very interesting object of study! (Of course you need someone who makes you feel like it's an interesting thing). So here I am today, already knowing 6 languages, but still wanting to learn others

Languages allow us to open our horizons and see the world from a broader perspective. With my teachings I hope to convey to people the love for one (or more) languages. I will integrate functional concept maps for memorizing a language into my teaching method. I will not only focus on grammatical aspects, but also cultural ones. An interesting activity that I recommend is listening to songs in a foreign language to memorize new vocabulary in a fun, original and musical way. I am always willing to listen to my students, so I may integrate alternative, more subjective and personal teaching methods.
