About Lyla
Hello, I’m an ’05ver who enjoys writing (creative fiction and poetry), art/drawing, music, and fitness. I am also someone who is neurodivergent, so I completely relate to the struggles of not just academics, but also to everyday life. Essentially, there is no reason to feel shame if something doesn’t make sense. Should a student have trouble understanding something, we will take a pause and break it down so the student can better understand it.

For the lessons, we will begin by assessing what gaps need to be filled, what the student struggles with, what their current tasks and future tasks/due dates are, and see if there are any possible tests coming up. We will then make an organized timeline so the student can complete their necessary assignments on time while keeping track of future assignments, hopefully resulting in good time management skills, all of which to lessen academic stress.
