About Lukas
Hi, my name is Lukas. I am 32 yo, have a background in music and social work and am currently based in Newcastle, NSW.
Learning languages in school wasn’t a pleasure for me but once I realized that speaking a foreign language is an incredible door-opener learning new languages became fun! Having lived in the Netherlands, France, New Zealand and now Australia made me realize exactly that.
I want to share with you my view on why speaking different languages enriches your life.

I’m a German native speaker from Cologne offering you an individualised approach to learning German. Tailored to what you need and want, the topics that you(!) are interested in.
We can practice how to place your order in a restaurant, important vocab for traveling, history… you name it!
I offer a mix of conversation and vocabulary-learning as this is a very effective way to learn a new language from my experience (but nothing beats living in the actual country).
30 - 60 min sessions, so you can consolidate your progress.
I’m available for in person sessions in Newcastle area.
