About Mackenzie
I have been passionate about art since childhood, developing my skills through a combination of self-teaching, mentored classes, and participation in art shows. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of mediums and have experience helping others, including friends and peers, improve their artistic abilities.
I take pride in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where people feel comfortable exploring their creativity. My goal is to help each artist build confidence, strengthen their fundamentals, and grow in a way that feels true to their individual style. I’m excited to work with motivated, like-minded individuals who want to develop their artistic skills and passion for art.

I love working with each student’s unique style and helping them grow as individual artists. My goal is not to impose my own style, but to support their self-expression while teaching strong fundamentals they can build on. In a first lesson, I like to observe the student’s current technique and go from there, or start from the basics if they’re a beginner. I work best with beginner to intermediate artists who want to develop their skills, grow their confidence, and refine their personal style. I am self-taught and have been mentored so I have been in the same position and believe I can come from a grounded perspective on how to truly help!
