My approach to teaching others about these fields in a fitness setting is relatively relaxed, provided you are focused and come to me with a plan as to what you’d like to learn or have questions about. I prefer to do focused study or training with a specific goal in mind that we can both work towards together, whether it be a short term or a long term one. In order to see results and really feel empowered by what you’re learning, we will both have to work together to be committed, focused and highly motivated to have a long term fitness goal that will stick long after I am not around to guide you.
I am a 21 year old current master of Chiropractic student at Macquarie University, who has previous experience working in the massage, chiropractic and rehabilitation fields. I share a keen interest in sport-specific training, as an ex-Australian and state level athlete in baseball, softball, long distance running and javelin.
