About Ingrid

Hi! I'm Ingrid Le, a year 11 student at The MacRobertson Girls' High School (Rank 2 in Victoria, Top selective school)

As someone who used to struggle tremendously in school, I understand the confusion and frustration that comes with increasingly challenging curriculums. With support and dedication, anyone can overcome these barriers and achieve their dreams. I'd like to impart the knowledge gained from improving my performance to you, helping you attain academic success too! I'm patient, calm, understanding and experienced at guiding you through content.

Experience:
-Achieved AL 7 (top 7% of national cohort) in Singapore's PSLE Examination
-Student of The MacRobertson Girls' High School, successfully undertook the competitive Selective High School Entry Examination (A to A+ grades)
-Helped a student improve her performance (60% to 95% average in English, 69% to 91% in Math)

About the lesson

I offer both private 1-on-1 and group lessons(5>) for prep to Year 9 students to help achieve your goals: Selective entry tests, scholarships, NAPLAN, academic pursuits or general support in class, I'm here to help:)

My lessons are tailored to each student's best learning style. Aside from teaching content step-by-step,
I go through challenging questions to help enhance understanding, and employ scientifically-backed learning techniques to strengthen retention of concepts. (active recall, spaced retention)

Subjects I tutor:
English: Creative writing, literary analysis, grammar
Math: Probability, algebra, indices, etc
Science: Basic Biology, Chemistry, Physics
These subjects are variable to your goals, such as selective school entry exams or NAPLAN
