About Harrison
I grew up in Guangzhou (also known as Canton), a city in southern China, where I was deeply influenced by traditional Cantonese culture. Cantonese is my mother tongue, and I have been learning Mandarin since kindergarten.
During my school years, Chinese, History, and Geography were my strongest subjects. After graduating from high school, I took up tutoring as a part-time job during summer vacations. I understand the challenges students face when struggling with certain subjects because I've been through the same experience.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking at home. Gardening is another passion of mine. Back home, I care for four Chinese turtles and a lively group of koi fish.
