About Grace

After graduating from the University of Auckland, Grace spent several years working in marketing and business development with an emphasis on ‘doing business with the Chinese.’ Originally from Guangzhou, Grace’s family emigrated to New Zealand when she was a teenager. She is trilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Grace now works as a language trainer as well as a trainer for cultural competence. As such she is able to bring cultural experience to her language training to prepare her students for an international environment. Grace is an effective trainer who really cares about getting the best from her students. Don’t you think we learn best when we are relaxed and having fun? This makes learning more effective, and just as importantly, a more enjoyable experience. This sums up the approach to my teaching. We will have fun exercises, games, realistic scenarios, songs and videos to make sure our lessons together are engaging and relevant. University : - University of Auckland - Commerce [2:1]
