About Emma

Hello, I am Chinese. I have majored a Master in Chinese culture heritage management and undergraduate course in Chinese language and literature, and mechanical engineering. I have a qualification certificate of teachers of Chinese to speaker of other languages and I have a certificate of Standard Putonghua proficiency test secondary level. (二级甲等)

I have a certificate of Chinese traditional Wushu, Tai Chi - Duan Grade 4 (中国传统武术太极肆段) and a certificate of Chinese Wushu International instructor of Grade 2 (中国武术二级国际教练员)

I have been engaged in teaching Chinese to speaker of other languages for fifteen years in China and the UK. I take different method and teaching material to be directed against different age. I prefer to teach students with a systemic syllabus of Chinese, so that they can learn Chinese in the round at listening, speaking, reading and writing. Now I live in south east of London, it is near Crystal Palace - Gipsy Hill station. I am not a student, so I can teach for a longer time, and I can teach Mandarin and Taiji at the same time if you want :)

Usually I teach the subjects at my home. If you want me to go your home teaching, you should pay extra £10 to me directly for the time on the ways , and it's better taking lessons over one hours once . By this way it may save your money and my time for travel. If you think that' s no problem, we can try the first lesson. I love teaching, and I am very kind and patient. I have ever taught some orphans and children out of school for 4 years as a volunteer at a government aid management centre. Some children have grown up and started a work, but they still keep in touch with me. They brought me lots of happiness, make me feel younger. I'm thankful for it :)
